An Evening Saturday, July 18th Members of the Boston Pops,
and special guest
IBIS presents a chamber music concert with a crossover twist. Composed of members of The Kennedy Center Opera House Orchestra, the National Symphony and the Boston Pops, IBIS was founded by Wellfleet home owners Joseph Scheer and Susan Robinson (above). IBIS is a community-oriented ensemble that presents concerts with an emphasis on unusual repertoire, excellent musicianship and friendly presentation. Their programs have been praised by the Washington Post as 'splendid' and 'compelling'. Joe, Susan and colleagues will perform works by Dvorak, Piazzolla, Gershwin, Milton Barnes and Dar Williams.
